Terms of service

By commissioning my services you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please make sure to read these terms carefully.GeneralIn order to commission me please contact me via Twitter DM's, Instagram DM's or e-mail!
Please be sure to have your references and description of the details of your commission at the
ready.I have the right to decline any project.
As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: I can post it on
our gallery, socials and portfolios , stream the process on our channels or post step-by-step
processes, however you will be credited.You can use and post the work on your socials however you are required to credit me.
If your commission is to be kept private, it must be discussed beforehand.
If you wish to use your commission commercially, it is possible for a commercial fee (double the
regular price)I strictly forbid the use of my art for NFT and AI purposes!An illustration can usually take about 1-2 weeks after starting. Depending on the included details,
this might take longer or shorter. If an earlier deadline is needed this can be discussed, however a
rush fee will be included.As I am still furthering my artstyle, please do keep in mind, that there might be a difference between your
commission and my examples.PaymentPayment is currently accepted via PAYPAL only.
Prices are all in EUR.
No refunds once I start to work on the commission. I take the full commission price upfront. I will contact you once the commission is finished and
send you the finished work via e-Mail or a preffered other digital method of your choosing.ProcessI'll contact you via Twitter,Instagram,VGen or Mail (depending on how you contacted me) to confirm the
commission slot and to discuss the details of the work and set the timeframe.
I will offer 6 slots at a time. It is possible to be put on a waiting list. A payment is only necessary
after a commission has been confirmed and a timeframe has been set.
After reception of the payment I will get to work.
You'll first receive a sketch. You can ask for a change here, free of charge.
If you wish for further changes after the coloured sketch, these will cost extra, do keep in mind however that I
may decline if there have been too many changes made already.
Finally you will be notified after I have finished the artwork.LastlyI will keep you updated about the status of your commission, but we're all human and life happens meaning I
will contact you if there is a change in circumstances.
